Hello everyone, I hope those of you who celebrate Christmas had a good one.
Today’s newsletter is an end-of-year special. Over the last 18 months, I have tried dozens of insect recipes and products. When I first launched Buzzing, this was the section I was most confident about: I thought I may run out of things to say for the column (actually I haven’t) but I was certain there would be plenty of products to try and recipes to cook. There were, and there will be many more.
Although Buzzing’s entire archive is available freely online, I know it is not easily searchable so I thought I would make your life easy by putting together an index for you. The recipes are organised by meal type and the product reviews are listed alphabetically by brand. I will keep the index updated.
