Surely I will post here if I find any particular supplier. But I know for sure where insects are extensively used in cooking. There are many villages in India where people hunt for insects and then make a chutney (Indian condiment) out of it. In fact, on his India trip Gordon Ramsay got so impressed with an ant chutney that he introduced that in one of his restaurants.
Really intrigued after reading how insects can save the planet. Super share. And the cricket mac and cheese version is interesting.
